Serie A duo eyeing Van Persie

The Mail Online understands that Robin van Persie could set to leave Manchester United in the summer, with Inter Milan and Juventus waiting in the wings.

The Dutch international moved to Old Trafford from Arsenal in the summer of 2012, and won the Premier League title in his first season in Manchester, clinching the division’s Golden Boot along the way.

He bagged eighteen goals in all competitions in his second season, but has struggled this campaign with just ten in twenty-six games though he is currently out injured.

Van Persie, who turns 32 in August, is set to move into the final year of his current contract in the summer, and United are ready to listen to offers.

Juventus, who have previously been linked with a move for the former Feyenord man, are ready to make a move though they are set to face competition from league rivals Inter Milan.
