Sevilla back for Ben Yedder

Estadio Deportivo has learned that Sevilla could return for Toulouse striker Wissam Ben Yedder in the winter transfer window.

Los Rojiblancos had a €9 million proposal rejected for the Ligue 1 star before luring Fernando Llorente to Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

But, despite signing the former Athletic Bilbao hotshot, Sevilla remain keen on Ben Yedder’s services.

The 24-year-old was very disappointed with club chiefs for rejecting offers from Marseille and Sevilla, and he is likely to try and engineer a move away from Stade Municipal in the winter transfer window.

And seeing that his contract is due to expire in June 2017, Toulouse will have no choice but to listen to proposals for their prized asset.

Wissam Ben Yedder, who had begun his career playing futsal, has enjoyed a great deal of success since joining Toulouse, having scored no fewer than 47 goals in 125 Ligue 1 outings for le Tefece.
