Europa League champions Sevilla are hot on the trail of Valencia winger Sofiane Feghouli, Estadio Deportivo can reveal.
The Algerian footballer will be a free agent at the end of the month after refusing to sign a new deal at Mestalla and it is believed that he would prefer to remain in Spanish La Liga.
As a result, Sevilla appear to have emerged as the favourites for his signature as coach Unai Emery is eager to get reunited with his former player at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
Feghouli is tempted by the prospect of playing Champions League football with los Rojiblancos, but he reportedly demands a €4 million signing on fee, and that could prove to be a problem for cash-strapped Sevilla.
Other European clubs are showing interest in the 26-year-old winger, who has spent last six years at Mestalla, making 149 La Liga appearances and scoring 20 goals.
