Sevilla join chase for Lukasz Teodorczyk

Il Corriere dello Sport claims that Europa League holders Sevilla have rekindled their interest in Anderlecht striker Lukasz Teodorczyk.

The Polish footballer was loaned to RSCA as he was unable to nail down a regular starting berth at Dynamo Kiev, and he has clearly benefited from regular playing time.

Teodorczyk went on to score 20 goals in 24 appearances for the Belgian giants, catching the eye of several top clubs in the process.

After Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen had expressed their interest in his services, Spanish giants Sevilla have joined the chase as well.

It is no secret that transfer guru Monchi wants to add another quality centre forward to the squad at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, and he appears to have set his sights on Teodorczyk.

The Polish striker cannot be blamed for failure to succeed at Dynamo Kiev, considering that he had scored 10 goals in mere 6 league starts, but the Ukrainian giants obviously didn’t think he was good enough to perform at the highest level.
