La Liga outfit Sevilla are showing interest in Serie A duo Josip Ilicic and Simone Verdi, according to Estadio Deportivo.
Los Rojiblancos boss Vincenzo Montella is short of options in the final third, and he has asked sporting director Oscar Arias to try and recruit the two players he knows well from his time in Italy.
Josip Ilicic has impressed in his debut season at Atalanta, producing 14 goals and 9 assists in all competitions, and he could now get a chance to leave Italy after eight years.
At the same time, Sevilla are looking at Bologna forward Simone Verdi, who was on the verge of joining Napoli in the winter.
But, while the Italy international refused to move midway through the season, chances are he will be available for sale in the summer.
