Simon Kjaer on the move

Danish media outlet Ekstra Bladet is reporting that Juventus and Milan lead chase for Lille defender Simon Kjaer.

The 26-year-old has caught the eye of quite a few top European sides during his time in France and he is expected to leave les Dogues for greener pastures at the end of the season.

According to Ekstra Bladet, Kjaer could be set for a return to Italian Serie A, where Juventus and AC Milan are keen.

The highly rated centre-back has admirers in English Premier League as well, with Liverpool reportedly keeping close tabs on his services.

Simon Kjaer has been an important member of one of Ligue 1’s strongest defences that has conceded mere 27 goals in 31 league matches this season.

Lille, however, failed to mount a serious challenge for Europa League positions due to the poor scoring record, but they can be backed at 3/2 to see off Evian in their next fixture.
