Martin Caceres is aiming for Serie A and Champions League success after joining Juventus from Sevilla.
Caceres, 24, rejoined Juve in the January transfer window.
Initially a loan deal, there is reportedly an option to make the switch permanent in the off season, for a fee of 10 million euros.
Caceres previously spent a season on loan with Juve from former club Barcelona in 2009/10.
During his first press conference back in Turin, the Uruguay international discussed the lofty ambitions he has for his latest tenure in Italy.
“The move represents a challenge for me to show my worth,” Caceres said.
“I want to win Serie A, and then also the Champions League.”
Caceres also spoke of the honour he felt following in the footsteps of fellow Uruguayan Paolo Montero, who also wore the number four jersey during his successful nine-year spell at Juventus.
“Wearing the number four shirt is certainly a source of pride but also a responsibility,” he said.
“I hope to do my best to make the fans as happy as he (Montero) did.”
