Competition: U21 European Championships
Market: Spain U21 to win against FYR Macedonia U21
Odds: 1/5 @ Bet 365

Spain U21s square off with FYR Macedonia U21 at the Stadion GOSiR in Group B of the U21 European Championships this Saturday, and are favourites to pick up all three points to potentially go top of the group and in pole position to progress to the knockouts.

Macedonia have been in form themselves but haven’t faced a team on Spain’s level which could see them coming unstuck. Blagoja Milevski’s side have won five on the bounce ahead of this weekend’s meeting, but their victories have come against lesser opposition – Northern Ireland, Scotland, Montenegro and Bulgaria.

As for the favourites, Albert Celades’ Spain U21 side have won four and drawn two of their last six games in all competitions, conceding just four goals in their previous seven. Spain haven’t lost a game since March 2016, boasting six wins and three draws from the nine games that followed.

As a result, Bet 365 are giving odds of 1/5 for Spain U21 to win against FYR Macedonia U21 to start their U21 Championships with three points.
