Spurs readying bid for Jack Grealish

Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur are ready to test Aston Villa’s resolve with an official bid for midfielder Jack Grealish.

Spurs are looking to further reinforce their ranks this summer and they have set their sights on the 22-year-old footballer.

The England Under-21 international has impressed since coming through the youth ranks at Aston Villa, and he managed 3 goals and 6 assists in 30 Championship appearances last season.

Even though the Villans insist they will not listen to offers for their star player, the club may change their stance having failed to secure promotion to the Premier League.

That is what Tottenham are banking on, although their expected £15 million bid is unlikely to do the trick even though Grealish is likely to be keen on moving to London.
