Spurs to offload Lamela, Soldado

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to cash in on a number of first team players as they look to free up space for new signings, the Daily Mirror has learned.

Spurs have had another disappointing season, missing out on Champions League qualification, and they want to ensure to avoid a similar scenario next term.

As a result, Tottenham will be seriously reinforcing the squad in the summer, but they first need to offload several fringe players.

According to the Daily Mirror, Spurs are prepared to listen to offers for Erik Lamela and Roberto Solado.

Both players arrived at White Hart Lane in mega money deals, but have utterly failed to prove their worth in English Premier League.

And with Lamela still having plenty of suitors in Italy and Soldado held in high regard in La Liga, chances are both footballers will return to the leagues where they played before joining Spurs.
