Steve Mandanda set for Premier League move

Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda is widely expected to move to English Premier League in the summer transfer window, according to L’Equipe.

The highly rated shot-stopper will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign and he will only sit down to discuss his future when the season comes to an end.

However, with Marseille on a major downtrend of late, it is believed that Mandanda will be leaving Stade Velodrome after nine years.

Following yet another impressive campaign on personal level, the France international will have no shortage of offers in the summer transfer window, and English Premier League looks the most likely destination.

Steve Mandanda has made a total of 328 Ligue 1 appearances for OM since arriving from Le Havre, but his lengthy spell with the French giants appears to be coming to an end.

The 31-year-old also has 22 France caps to his name and he will be Les Bleus’ second keeper at the Euro 2016.
