Stoke City and Newcastle lock horns in the Premier League tomorrow evening, with both side having endured poor starts to the new campaign. Newcastle’s situation is more precarious, however, as the Magpies are bottom of the league, with manager Alan Pardew under increasing pressure in his position.

Stoke have five points from as many games, and have been surprisingly disappointing at home so far, losing both games 1-0 at the Britannia Stadium to Aston Villa and Leicester City. They’re at home against Newcastle, who haven’t scored on their travels this season. Pardew’s side have only scored one goal in their last seven away games, so Stoke are understandably confident of getting a result tomorrow.
