Competition: Premier League
Market: Garry Monk next manager to exit his post
Odds: 13/1 @ Coral

With Swansea City having lost talented left-back Ben Davies and goalkeeper Michel Vorm this summer, the Welsh side are expected to struggle in 2014/15. City do possess a strong squad, but they’ve been underwhelming in the Premier League in the last two campaigns. As a result, Coral are giving odds of 13/1 for Garry Monk to potentially take the bullet if the Jacks underperform.

City have signed Bafetimbi Gomis, who recently scored his first goal in a pre-season friendly, but the future of Wilfried Bony remains in the air. Liverpool and Tottenham have both been linked with the Ivorian, but Monk doesn’t want to let him go.

His 16 Premier League goals last season kept the club in the top flight, meaning his exit would see Swansea potentially in a precarious position.

Garry Monk was a surprise choice to be given the Swansea job full time, and his inexperience in management could prove to be his downfall.
