Terry linked with Middle East move

Sunday Mirror is reporting that a number of clubs from Middle East are prepared to lure Chelsea captain John Terry away from Stamford Bridge.

The veteran defender has lost his place in the starting line-up following the arrival of Rafael Benitez and he is clearly unhappy with the Spaniard’s rotation policy.

Terry is, therefore, considering his options and could decide to leave the club in the summer transfer window should the right opportunity present itself.

According to Sunday Mirror, several clubs from the UAE are ready to offer the 32-year-old a lucrative contract and a chance to end his playing days in the Middle East.

Al Nasr, Al-Ain and Al Jazira are all following the situation closely and waiting for the perfect opportunity to open talks over a summer switch.

John Terry is going through the most difficult season of his career, having made just 9 Premier League appearances this term.
