The ongoing saga between Cristiano Ronaldo, Real Madrid and Manchester United just wonÂ’t die.
The latest coming out of the Bernabeu is that Real Madrid are demanding ₤17 million from the Portuguese and Manchester United winger following his decision to stay at Old Trafford.
The Spanish Giants are claiming that Ronaldo had already agreed to terms with the club and a clause had been included whereby the player would have to pay them compensation if he were to break off the agreement.
However there may be a way out for Ronaldo if he agrees to join the club next season and the ₤17 million pay out would be waived.
