Slovenian striker Tim Matavz has completed his transfer to PSV Eindhoven, the Dutch club have revealed.
The Dutch giants have reached an agreement with Groningen over the purchase of forward Tim Matavz, it was revealed on PSV’s official website.
The 22-year-old is set to sign a five-year contract at Philips Stadion and is expected to increase competition for places in attack.
The Slovenia international was on the verge of making a switch to Napoli in January, but the deal eventually fell through.
Matavz scored 16 league goals for Groningen last term and he was part of Slovenia squad at 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
