Fernando Torres will most probably not make his appearance in tonight’s friendly with the United States in Santander.
The Spaniard has been dealing with an ankle injury and was forced to miss Monday’s training session.
The injury was caused in Spain’s match with Peru on Saturday. Torres had to stay behind in the dressing rooms at half time and was replaced with Daniel Guiza.
Spain begin their Euro 2008 campaign against Russia in Innsbruck on June 10th.
