Tottenham drew a blank in their first Europa League game against Partizan Belgrade, but the Londoners can’t afford anything less than a win tonight in what promises to be a tough game against Besiktas. Home advantage will be a help for Mauricio Pochettino, but his Spurs side aren’t in the best form so it will be a difficult game for them this evening.

With no win in their last four games, two of which have been defeats, Tottenham need a win from somewhere. They did impress in their last league outing against Arsenal, and now they need to replicate their showing against the Gunners when Besiktas come to town.

Coral are giving odds of 4/6 for Tottenham to get all three points at White Hart Lane to kickstart their European campaign. Spurs’ group shouldn’t give them too much trouble, but they are adjusting to a new manager and his tactics, so it can take time before things start clicking.

Pochettino will be hoping his side can finally start performing at home, after losing to Liverpool and West Brom at White Hart Lane already this season.
