Tottenham eye Gray move

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to reignite their interest in signing Leicester City winger Demarai Gray, according to ESPN.

The North London outfit were looking at the twenty-one year old last summer though the East Midlands side were not interested in entertaining any offers.

Mauricio Pochettino has kept an eye on Gray’s progress and may chance his arm as he looks to strengthen his attacking options for next season.

with the former Birmingham City man starting just fourteen league games this season however in his thirty appearances he has scored three goals and contributed four assists.

Internationally he is the current captain of England’s U21s and won his eighteenth cap for them in a 2-1 win over Ukraine last month.

Spurs drew with Brighton and Hove Albion on Tuesday evening to move eight points clear of Chelsea in the race for a top four spot but don’t play again in the league until a week on Monday when they host Watford.
