Premier League top 4 rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are both hot on the trail of River Plate striker Lucas Alario, Marca can reveal.
The 23-year-old has been in excellent form since joining the Millionaires from Colon, and he was recently rewarded with a new deal until 2020.
And with his release clause increased to £15.2 million, it would appear as though River Plate are already bracing for offers from abroad.
The likes of Liverpool, Tottenham, Inter Milan, Benfica and Torino have all been showing interest in the talented footballer, but he does not seem ready to leave Argentina just yet.
Alario has made a total of 21 league appearances since arriving at Monumental, and he managed to score 11 goals in the process.
The striker was then rewarded with his first Argentina call-up, before making substitute appearances in 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Uruguay and Venezuela.
