Tottenham revive interest in Andre Gomes

Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur are said to have reignited their interest in Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes.

The Former Valencia starlet is going through a tough period at Camp Nou with his playing time severely limited.

And with the arrival of Liverpool magician Philippe Coutinho, the 24-year-old is likely to find it even more difficult to move up the pecking order which prompted transfer rumours to occur this week regarding his future.

The Portuguese international is said to be keen to change clubs this January transfer window with Manchester United, West Ham and Tottenham all said to be looking towards the talented midfielder.

Mauricio Pochettino has been linked with Gomes in the past and Sunday Express claim that Spurs currently lead the line for his signature.

Having failed in their attempt to land Ross Barkley, Tottenham have shifted their focus on Andre Gomes and are determined to reinforce their midfield lines with the Portuguese playmaker.
