Trezeguet could join Napoli

David Trezeguet’s agent, Antonio Caliendo, has admitted the Juventus striker could be interested in a move to Napoli.

The 31-year-old is expected to leave the Old Lady this summer and Roma, Sevilla and Marseille are all interested in the striker.

“I will meet with Juve tomorrow and they will tell me if I can start looking for another team for David,” Caliendo admitted to the Roma newspaper.

“Several whispers about his price and destination have circulated up until now, but there is nothing concrete yet.”

“A proposal from Napoli cannot go unheard,” he continued.

“It’s a great place and a top-level club. Besides, I am Neapolitan and I would love to take a champion like David to my hom-etown.

“However, it’s up to Juventus: if they decide to keep him, the lad will no doubt remain in Turin. But if they will put him on the market, there will be many important teams after him. I can’t rule anything out…”
