(GSM) – FC Twente are back at the top in the Dutch Eredivisie following a 2-0 win over Roda JC on Sunday. PSV had their winning streak ended at Vitesse.

The day began with PSV in the lead, as the Eindhoven outfit had two points more than Steve McClaren’s Twente.

But PSV, who had won their last ten leagues games in a row and were looking to add an 11th, failed to make a difference at Vitesse’s Gelredome stadium and left Arnhem with just one point.

Twente took advantage, although it needed until late to force a decision against Roda.

Danish midfielder Kenneth Perez broke the deadlock after 71 minutes, and Costa Rican Bryan Ruiz added a goal to his account two minutes later, 2-0.

PSV and Twente now share the lead in the Eredivisie, although PSV do have the better goal record.
