Spanish La Liga side Valencia meet with French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco this evening in the first leg of their latest Champions League qualifier.

Boasting a squad full of stellar talent, coupled with real history in the competition that goes back many years, Valencia are the favourites to come out on top and make their way through. They are solid at the Mestella, and are sure to give their French opponents something to worry about.

Valencia have struggled to make the Champions League in recent years, with Los Che continuing to fall shot in their domestic league to finish outside of a top-four place.
