Valencia eyeing Pablo Hernandez

Superdeporte is reporting that Valencia have set their sights on Celta Vigo midfielder Pablo Hernandez.

Los Che are expected to seriously reinforce their ranks after what has been one of the most disappointing seasons in recent years and they are now looking at the Chile international.

The combative midfielder has done really well since joining from O’Higgins, making 56 La Liga appearances and scoring 3 goals in the process.

Valencia scouting department believes he would be a good addition to the squad at Mestalla and los Che are set to make their interest concrete ahead of the summer transfer window.

The highly rated midfielder has another two years left on his deal at Balaidos, but he hopes to sign a new and improved deal in the summer.

The Argentine-born footballer decided to represent Chile at international level and has so far made four appearances for La Roja, scoring no fewer than three goals.
