Sporting Lisbon forward Ricky van Wolfswinkel says he wants to stay in Portugal despite attracting the interest of bigger clubs in Europe.
The Netherlands international has been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Inter Milan.
But Van Wolfswinkel is not getting carried away with the rumours and wants to focus solely on his current club.
“Inter? There are no certainties in football, but I don’t have any reasons to leave Sporting right now,” Van Wolfswinkel said.
Van Wolfswinkel joined Sporting from Utrecht at the start of the season and has since developed into a key player at the Estadio Jose Alvalade with 16 goals in 33 appearances.
His current contract runs until June 2016, and includes a release clause of 22 million euros.
