Thursday’s goalless draw between Coritiba and Bahia in Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A produced a couple of scandalous moments which all resulted in two rivalling players getting sent off.
Coritiba striker Kleber was the main act in a play which saw him elbow Bahia’s Ze Rafael and punch Edson in what should have been a penalty for Bahia, but the strangest moment occurred when the experienced forward spat on a Bahia player.
To make things worse, the victim here decided to dive which ultimately resulted in angry referee sending both men off.
