OK, this week’s top ten is likely to be a little more contentious. I made my original list of greats and I had twenty-one players just off the top of my head. Any one of those twenty-one, as well as many others I’m sure that I haven’t thought about, would be perfectly at home in this list of the top ten.
Here goes my subjective list for starters. I don’t for a second suggest that this list is the definitive one and that I’ve got it right. The ten I have come up with aren’t bad though!

Aviral, I agree that Ronaldo is good. But, how many World Cups has he won? How many European Championships has he won? Does he make every team he is on a champion? That is the sign of a GREAT midfielder……..that is why these ten were chosen. Not just for their dribbling abilities.
