VIDEO: Nation goes wild as Egypt seals World Cup place after 27-year wait

Seven-time African champions and the continent’s most successful team, Egypt, has ended the 27-year-long wait when Liverpool star Mo Salah scored from the penalty kick deep into the injury time.

Egypt head over to Russia for the first time since the World Cup in 1990 in Italy and needless to say the people were sent into frenzy.

Egypt beat Congo 2-1 on Sunday, and this here is Salah’s reaction after Congo equalized.
