Roma forward Mirko Vucinic has admitted that he would like to stay at the club, despite reports in Italian media claiming he will leave.
Vucinic’s contract with Roma expires in 2011 and the Giallorossi are ready to offer him a new deal, according to reports.
“I am a Roma player and proud of being so. I hope I can continue playing here for as long as possible,” Vucinic told Il Corriere Dello Sport. “Of course, as a professional it’s nice to know that several clubs are interested.
“My future is in Roma’s hands, but I am very attached to this club and city. I enjoy living here.
“In terms of a new contract, you will have to speak to my agent.”
