Watford boss believes Chalobah could become £50m player

Watford manager Javi Gracia has stated that he agrees with Troy Deeney, in the sense that they both believe Nathaniel Chalobah can become a £50 million player one day. It feels like the 23 year old has been around forever, mainly because he’s spent so much time out on loan from Chelsea. Now, however, he’s been given the chance to thrive with Watford, who continue to surprise everyone in the early stages of the Premier League campaign.

The diversity of Chalobah’s game, which allows him to play at the back or in midfield, will bode well for him throughout the course of his career. Gracia stated specifically, though, that he believes every single player at the club holds a high value.

The Hornets will be considering a top half finish to be very realistic this season, given the quality they have in their ranks as well as their overall mind set and determination.
