Arsene Wenger has told reporters in England that the potential move of Andrei Arshavin to Arsenal from Zenit St. Petersburg will go ahead.
When asked by Sky Sports News as to what the progress on the complex transfer was, the Arsenal manager responded, “We will make an announcement tonight. And it will be a positive announcement. The move will go through”. In what has clearly been a complex and tricky to negotiate transfer, things may at last be creeping to a conclusion
