Despite previously mentioning that he is willing to stay at Arsenal, Emmanuel Adebayor now looks set to move away from the Emirates stadium, reports The Mail on Sunday. Apprently Arsene Wenger has agreed to sell the Togolese striker for £25 million to either Barcelona or AC Milan, who are thought to be the only interested clubs.
Arsene Wenger now needs to replace the team’s star striker and, according to The Mail on Sunday, he has identified Blackburn’s Roque Santa Cruz as his main target. The Paraguayan striker has had an impressive debut season at Blackburn, scoring 19 goals in the process and he also caught the eye of Sir Alex Ferguson.
Now Arsenal and Manchester United could fight each other for the signature Santa Cruz. According to the same Mail on Sunday, the 26 year old is valued at £12 million by Blackburn Rovers who would triple their £3.7 million investment in just one year, should the player leave.
Arsenal have been one of the busiest club on the transfer market this summer after as Matthieu Flamini has already left the club while Alexander Hleb and Emmanuel Adebayor seem to be on their way out. But Arsene Wenger has also improved his squad through the additions of Aaron Ramsey and, eventually, Samir Nasri.

Adebayor should if he wish leave Emirate. The guy is full of disappointment. Infact he is a failure.
