Portuguese daily A Bola reports that West Bromwich are keeping close tabs on Estoril forward Luis Carlos Pereira Carneiro.

The 24-year-old began his career at Academica, but it was thw impressive showings during the loan spell at Trofense that earned him a switch to Estoril.
He helped the Portuguese minnows gain promotion to Primeira Liga by scoring 12 goals in 29 matches last term and he has continued the rich vein of form in the elite division.
Lica has scored 5 goals in 25 Primeira Liga matches this season and proved he has what it takes to play at the highest level.
