West Ham closing in on Moses deal

West Ham United will attempt to wrap up a season-long loan deal from Chelsea, according to Sky Sports.

The twenty-four year old moved to Stamford Bridge from Wigan Athletic in the summer of 2012, but has spent the majority of his time since out on loan in spells with Liverpool and Stoke City.

In forty-four appearances in all competitions for the Blues, the Nigeria international has scored ten goals though his last league game for the club came in a 2-1 victory over Everton in the final game of the 2012/13 campaign.

Moses has been capped twenty-four times for his country, scoring seven goals and was part of their squad for last summer’s World Cup finals.

West Ham secured a shock 3-0 win at Liverpool on Saturday afternoon – a result which has seen them rise to eighth place in the table, and they can now be backed at 5/2 to finish in the top ten.
