Andy Johnson joined Everton from Crystal Palace in 2006 and he enjoyed a highly successful first season with the Toffees. However, due to new arrivals and a dip in form, his second season at Goodison Park was less enjoyable.
Despite this, several Premier League clubs are thought to be interested in securing his services. And, according to a report in The Telegraph, Wigan is one of those clubs.
According to the report, David Moyes would be unwilling to sell the striker, but a bid of £10 million would persuade him to let Johnson go. West Ham and Sunderland are also interested but they have not made a move, as of yet, for the player.
Johnson has four years left on his contract which he only signed last autumn and he has given no indication of his future plans.
