Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg have moved to confirm the signing of midfielder Daniel Didavi from Stuttgart.
The Wolves had been the number one candidates to win the chase for the highly rated footballer for several months, and they finally managed to agree a deal with the 26-year-old.
Didavi’s contract with Stuttgart is set to expire at the end of the current campaign and he has now revealed that he will be joining Wolfsburg on a free transfer in the summer transfer window.
The Wolves have had problems in the final third ever since Kevin De Bruyne was sold to Manchester City and they expect the arrival of Didavi will make them more lethal up front.
The midfielder, who came through the youth ranks at Stuttgart, has been in excellent form this term, bagging 10 goals in 25 league outings.
His new club Wolfsburg will be in action tomorrow evening when they host Real Madrid and they can be backed at 17/4 to beat their more illustrious opponents.
