Wolves ready to make new bid for Clyne

Wolves are reportedly ready to make a new bid to sign Crystal Palace starlet Nathaniel Clyne.

Clyne turned down a move to Wolves in the January transfer window as he did not want to sit on the bench at the Premier League side.

A source close to Clyne told the Sunday Mirror: “Nathaniel didn’t leave in January because it was not the right time, he wants first-team football and he will get that at Palace.

“But Wolves are still interested, as well as another Premier League club. The situation really depends on what happens to Palace.”

Sunderland are also reportedly interested in the 18-year-old right-back.
