Cristian Zaccardo would love to make his debut for AC Milan against his former club Parma on Friday night.
The right-back joined the Rossoneri in the January transfer window after three-and-a-half years with Parma.
“It would be exciting to start against Parma but the important thing is to play games – it doesn’t matter whether that’s against Parma or anyone else,” Zaccardo told the Milan Channel.
“If I do start on Friday it will certainly be a good occasion for me personally.”
AC Milan are currently fifth in Serie A after the 1-1 draw with Cagliari last weekend.
They are 14 points behind league leaders Juventus, and three away from a Champions League place.
