Arsenal confident of signing Youri Tielemans

Arsenal are confident of signing Youri Tielemans from Premier League rivals Leicester City in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that the Gunners have already held talks with Tielemans’s representatives, and that the Belgium international midfielder himself wants to move to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Leicester are resigned to closing Tielemans in the summer transfer window, and the former Premier League champions are looking for £30 million as transfer fee for the 25-year-old. Arsenal, though, hope to get a deal done for less than £25 million.

Tielemans made 29 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Leicester this past season. The Belgian scored six goals and gave four assists in those games.
