Arsenal linked with Jacob Ramsey

Arsenal are interested in signing Jacob Ramsey from Premier League rivals Aston Villa in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. The report has revealed that Chelsea and Manchester City also admire the 23-year-old attacking midfielder.

Villa are not sure if Ramsey will sign a new contract with Arsenal and are ready to sell him for £50 million in the summer transfer window. The English youngster has been on the books of the Villans since 2007 and has established himself in the first team after coming through the youth system.

Ramsey has scored four goals and given seven assists in 43 appearances for Villa so far this season. The 23-year-old has found the back of the net 17 times and has provided 19 assists in 164 matches in all competitions for the Villans. Villa are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 57 points from 34 matches, three points behind Chelsea, who are currently fifth in the standings and occupy the final UEFA Champions League spot.
