Bernardo Silva on Joao Felix

Bernardo Silva of Manchester City has directed a lot of praise for his compatriot and reported City target Joao Felix.

Speaking to Portuguese outlet RTP, the winger said that apart from the obvious talent, Felix has a huge margin for improvement, being just 19 years old.

The young attacking midfielder was linked with Manchester United for a while, but their neighbours from across town, the current Premier League champions, have decided to step in and try to sign him for themselves. The battle for his signature is set to go very fierce, and the two Manchester clubs could face stiff competition from top clubs on the continent.

Silva took the opportunity to warn Felix that a lot will depend on his choice of club as his next destination. He added in the end that the youngster has the potential to play at top clubs and be an important player there, but he needs to continue working hard.
