Competition: Serie B

Market: Frosinone draw no bet

Odds: 4/5 @ 888sport

Hoping to widen their buffer at the top of the Serie B table on Sunday night, Frosinone will make the trip to the Stadio Luigi Ferraris when they meet Genoa.

Starting with the hosts, while Genoa might be desperate to claim an immediate Serie A return this season, the Griffins are enduring what has been a downbeat run. Last seen having to settle for a 0-0 stalemate away at Ascoli, they have come tumbling out of the top-two after enjoying an impressive start to the 2022/23 campaign. Knowing that they should face a tough test at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris on Sunday night, the Rossoblu have managed to muster just a single win from any of their previous seven domestic contests across all formats. With that extended blip stemming all the way back to October 22nd, Genoa have also shown some worrying issues in the final third. Including back-to-back 1-0 defeats against Cittadella and Perugia, the Serie B returners have drawn a blank in three of their last four appearances.

As for the visitors, although Frosinone might have now had to settle for a single point in three of their last four Serie B matchups, they have continued to impress many across Italy this season. Opening up this weekend’s fixtures holding a four-point buffer over the chasing pack, Fabio Grosso’s men are remarkably unbeaten in each of their last 10 straight outings. With that stellar run of form stemming all the way back to October 1st, the Canaries will be desperate to lay down another marker on Sunday night. Tipped as the leading promotion contender in the New Year, Frosinone have also gained a reputation for their dominant displays on the road. Last seen away from the Stadio Benito Stirpe claiming a 3-0 romp against Reggina, Grosso’s side have taken 13 points from their last five Serie B contests outside of Lazio.

Bet: Frosinone draw no bet against Genoa 4/5 for Sunday’s Serie B battle @ 888sport
