Burnley 5/4 to beat Crystal Palace in Saturday’s Premier League matchup

Competition: Premier League

Market: Burnley win

Odds: 5/4 @ Bet 365

Hoping to end the weekend in the top-six, a resurging Burnley will welcome Crystal Palace to Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, putting in another dominant display and once again bagging a trio of goals away at relegation scrappers Watford last weekend, Burnley have now landed back-to-back 3-0 victories. With Sean Dyche watching his side open the weekend as high as seventh and the mood around Turf Moor on the rise, fans around Lancashire will be growing more impressed by their form on home soil. Picking up another 3-0 win over West Ham in their last matchup at Turf Moor, the Clarets have won three of their last four matches in front of their own supporters and they should be confident of building on their recent purple patch this weekend.

As for the visitors, while Palace may have really asked Liverpool a string of questions last weekend, Roy Hodgson’s men suffered a 2-1 defeat and have continued on a worrying run of form. Failing to win any of their last four contests, a run that stems back to the 5th of October, the former England boss has seen his side lose four of those appearances. A huge part of the Eagles’ issues over the past five weeks has undoubtedly been their form in the final third. Despite bagging one against the league leaders last time out, that is just their first goal in three matchups and they now hold the second-worst attacking record in the top-flight.
