Celtic have signed Swedish goalkeeper Viktor Noring on loan from Trelleborgs, pending international clearance.
The 21-year-old held talks with the Glasgow club over a loan move on deadline day after training with the Scottish Premier League champions earlier in the week.
The shot-stopper has one cap at senior level for Sweden and has previously spent time on loan with top-flight outfit Malmo.
All the necessary paperwork was delivered to the Scottish Football Association before Thursday’s deadline, although no confirmation has been given by the club yet.
Speaking about the move to Sky Sports, Noring said: “Celtic is a massive club, one of the biggest in the world so I would be mad not to jump at the chance to sign.”
