Chelsea refuse Hudson-Odoi talks with Bayern

According to a recent report from Bild, Premier League side Chelsea have refused to speak with German giants Bayern Munich over the possibility of a deal for youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi. It’s well known that Bayern are very interested in the possibility of bringing Hudson-Odoi over to the club, but at this moment in time, it doesn’t appear as if Chelsea want to sell. New manager Frank Lampard has seemingly made it known that he wants to work with Hudson-Odoi next season, in the aftermath of a disappointing end to last season in which he suffered a season-ending injury.

Hudson-Odoi is widely considered to be one of the most exciting youngsters in European football today, and given the Blues’ current transfer situation in regards to what they can and can’t do, it seems like selling him would be one of the biggest mistakes they could make.

Either way, an interesting summer lies ahead for him.
