Crystal Palace interested in signing Ludovic Ajorque

Crystal Palace are interested in signing Ludovic Ajorque from Strasbourg in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that Palace’s Premier League rivals, Leicester City and Newcastle United, are also keen on securing the services of the 28-year-old French striker.

Ajorque has been on the books of Strasbourg since 2018 and has established himself as an important player for the French club over the years. The striker made 31 starts and five substitute appearances in Ligue 1 last season, scoring 12 goals and providing eight assists in the process. During the 2020-21 campaign, Ajorque made 34 starts and one substitute appearance in the league for Strasbourg, scoring 16 goals and given four assists in the process.

Football Insider have reported that Ajorque has two more years left on his current contract at Strasbourg, and that he is keen on a move to the Premier League this summer.
