I think Donovan could defiantly play with the big boys. He’s been absolutely fantastic for the United States at international level. He also was on loan for about a month with Bayern Munich, and Klinsmann deeply considered signing him after the loan. If I remember correctly Toni and Klose were very impressed with Donovan’s skill and work ethic. I seriously doubt Donovan would ever start on a team like Bayern, but I could see him being a sub or starter at a team like Wigam, Fullham, Lazio, or Bremen
