Liverpool have no interest in signing Juventus’ Paulo Dybala, according to James Pearce of Liverpool Echo.
After their attempt to sign Lyon’s Nabil Fekir fell through, Liverpool have been considering their options and they’ve recently been linked with Dybala. With the move of Cristiano Ronaldo to Turin gradually progressing, the Argentine international has been tipped to leave the club.
But Pearce claims Dybala is not on manager Jürgen Klopp’s wish-list as the former Borussia Dortmund coach seeks to bolster his attacking options for the upcoming season.
The Merseyside club’s pursuit of Fekir remains shelved. Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has been talking about potential interest from Real Madrid and Manchester United recently, but now he believes the France international will stay put. Be that as it may, Liverpool are likely to look elsewhere to replace Philippe Coutinho and add support to Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, but they won’t be looking at Dybala for the role.
