Oliver Glasner saluted the discipline demonstrated by Crystal Palace during their 2-0 victory over Fulham.
The Eagles recorded their fifth successive away victory, thanks to a Joachim Andersen own-goal and Daniel Munoz strike at Craven Cottage.
Palace also restricted their opponents to virtually no chances as they registered a sixth consecutive clean sheet on the road.
The scoreline could have been bigger had the visitors been more efficient with their own opportunities, and Glasner believes their game plan was executed perfectly.
“The players worked so hard for this win, and they were very disciplined,” he told BBC Match of the Day.
“We didn’t give them clear chances. We were very compact and waited for the chances. We defended as a team – it was a great performance and result.
“We don’t know the reason for winning more away than at home. It is the same approach. I think it is important that we don’t always talk about winning at home.
“If you think: ‘We have to win, we have to win’, you’re not thinking about what you’re doing on the pitch. You’re not disciplined.
“We know we can score goals all over the pitch, and we can be very tough to play against, especially when we defend like we did today.”
